Hubble: Design at Tucows

As the Design team grew and evolved at Tucows, the need arose to improve the onboarding process. The team decided to redesign the onboarding tool to create a centralized space for relevant information. This would include definitions of each discipline, team member roles, past projects and stories, as well as fun, personal pages to help everyone get to know each other better.
